It is designed to be tangle-free, quick-drying and easy to style, and it can be finished using the hot-water setting method. The shorter 12-inch length is ideal for children as well as adults looking for neat, manageable braided styles.

Unopened, unused and resaleable online purchases may be returned within 14 days. Wigs, ponytails, hair extensions, cosmetics and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for a change of mind once packaging or a hygiene seal has been opened, removed or damaged. Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Approved refunds are processed within one working day after receipt and inspection; banks and payment providers may take longer.
