Delivery

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available methods and charges. UK delivery estimates are shown alongside eligible services; see the international delivery guidance below for overseas orders.

• FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY on orders over £100 within England — Limited-time offer! Ends 21 November 2026.
• Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands are excluded from the free-delivery offer. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout.
• For eligible England addresses, next-day delivery costs £5.99 outside the free-delivery offer.
• Two-day delivery costs £4.99 for eligible England addresses.
• Same-day dispatch applies to eligible orders placed before 3:00pm, Monday to Friday only.
• Orders placed after 3:00pm, during weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the delivery provider.

Click & Collect

Select collection at Shopify checkout where available. Erith collection orders are usually ready within 1 hour.

• Wait for a “ready for collection” confirmation before travelling to the store.
• Collection is from 8 Cross Street, Erith, Kent DA8 1RB.

Returns & refunds

Consumers buying online may normally cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days after notifying us.

• To request a return, email info@agloryhairandcosmetics.co.uk or call 01322 333305 with your order number. Contact us for return instructions before posting your goods.
• You are responsible for return postage for a change of mind. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate return and cover the return postage.
• There is no restocking fee. We may reduce a refund for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
• Change-of-mind cancellation may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, including hygiene-sensitive wigs, ponytails, hair extensions and cosmetics where that exception applies.
• Change-of-mind cancellation may not apply to customised or altered wigs and hair products.
• These exclusions do not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
• Approved refunds are processed within one working day after the returned product has been received and inspected, using the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds.
• For cancellation of an entire order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge; any extra paid for premium delivery is not refundable. This does not limit your statutory refund rights.
• Please report damaged, faulty or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label. This request does not limit your statutory rights if you report a problem later.
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, this returns policy applies.

International delivery

Aglory delivers internationally to selected European countries and the United States using DHL or UPS. Enter your country and address at checkout to see whether a delivery method is available and its charge.

• The DHL/UPS Europe and USA options are subject to a 2 kg weight limit. If no delivery method is available, contact us before ordering.
• Estimated delivery to selected European countries is 2–11 working days and to the USA is 3–17 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Customs clearance can delay delivery.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country.
• Certain products may be unavailable for international delivery because of courier or customs restrictions.
