Delivery
Delivery options, applicable charges and final delivery timing are confirmed securely by Shopify at checkout.
- FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY on orders over £100 within England — Limited-time offer! Ends 21 November 2026.
- Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands are excluded from the free-delivery offer. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout.
- Outside the offer, next-day delivery costs £5.99.
- Two-day delivery costs £4.99.
- Same-day dispatch applies to eligible orders placed before 3:00pm, Monday to Friday only.
- Orders placed after 3:00pm, during weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the delivery provider.
Click & Collect
Select collection at Shopify checkout where available. Erith collection orders are usually ready within one hour.
- Wait for a “ready for collection” confirmation before travelling to the store.
- Collection is from 8 Cross Street, Erith, Kent DA8 1RB.
Returns & refunds
Unopened, unused and resaleable products purchased online may be returned within 14 days.
- Wigs, ponytails, hair extensions, cosmetics and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for a change of mind after their packaging or hygiene seal has been opened, removed or damaged.
- Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- These exclusions do not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
- Approved refunds are processed within one working day after the returned product has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds.
- Report damaged, faulty or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, this returns policy applies.
International delivery
Aglory delivers internationally to selected European countries and the United States using DHL or UPS. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country.
- Certain products may be unavailable for international delivery because of courier or customs restrictions.
