Clear guidance for UK delivery, Erith collection and returns.

Delivery

Delivery options, applicable charges and final delivery timing are confirmed securely by Shopify at checkout.

  • Limited-time offer: Free standard delivery within England on orders over £100. Valid from 22 August 2026 to 21 September 2026 (30 days). Exclusions apply.
  • Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands are excluded from the free-delivery offer. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout.
  • Next-day delivery costs £5.99.
  • Two-day delivery costs £4.99.
  • Same-day dispatch applies to eligible orders placed before 3:00pm, Monday to Friday only.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm, during weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the delivery provider.

Click & Collect

Select collection at Shopify checkout where available. Erith collection orders are normally prepared within 15 minutes.

  • Wait for a “ready for collection” confirmation before travelling to the store.
  • Collection is from 8 Cross Street, Erith, Kent DA8 1RB.

Returns & refunds

Unopened, unused and resaleable products purchased online may be returned within 14 days.

  • Wigs, ponytails, hair extensions, cosmetics and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for a change of mind after their packaging or hygiene seal has been opened, removed or damaged.
  • Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • These exclusions do not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
  • Approved refunds are processed within one working day after the returned product has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds.
  • Report damaged, faulty or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, this returns policy applies.

International orders

International delivery is available. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
