Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Approved refunds are processed within one working day after receipt and inspection; banks and payment providers may take longer. Check the strip against your lash line and trim only if permitted by the pack. Apply suitable strip-lash adhesive according to its directions, allow it to become tacky, then place just above the natural lash line. Keep adhesive out of the eyes. Remove gently using the adhesive manufacturer’s method; do not pull on natural lashes.
