Profectiv Relax & Refresh Relaxer Plus Color in Jet Black combines a no-lye hair relaxer with semi-permanent colour in one kit. It is intended for straightening hair and refreshing its colour as part of the same treatment system.

Unopened, unused and resaleable online purchases may be returned within 14 days. Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Approved refunds are processed within one working day after receipt and inspection; banks and payment providers may take longer.
