Wigs, ponytails, hair extensions, cosmetics and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for a change of mind once packaging or a hygiene seal has been opened, removed or damaged. Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Approved refunds are processed within one working day after receipt and inspection; banks and payment providers may take longer.
