Two-day delivery costs £4.99.
Eligible orders placed before 3:00pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 3:00pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Unopened, unused and resaleable online purchases may be returned within 14 days. Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.
