Unopened, unused and resaleable online purchases may be returned within 14 days. Wigs, ponytails, hair extensions, cosmetics and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for a change of mind once packaging or a hygiene seal has been opened, removed or damaged. Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.

These exclusions do not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
