How to use
Read the full leaflet and carry out its skin-reaction test before each application. Skin must be clean and dry. Warm the strips between your hands, separate carefully, then smooth a strip in the direction of hair growth. Hold the skin taut and pull back quickly against growth, keeping close and parallel to the skin. Follow the leaflet for brow use and aftercare; never wax eyelids or irritated skin.

Unopened, unused and resaleable online purchases may be returned within 14 days. Wigs, ponytails, hair extensions, cosmetics and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for a change of mind once packaging or a hygiene seal has been opened, removed or damaged. Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.
These exclusions do not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described. Approved refunds are processed within one working day after receipt and inspection; banks and payment providers may take longer.
