How to use
Section clean, dry hair, open each clip and position the extension close to the roots. Snap the clips closed and cover with a layer of natural hair. Remove gently before sleeping or washing. Follow the pack’s care and heat instructions; do not assume a heat setting from another extension range.

- Outside the offer, next-day delivery costs £5.99.

Unopened, unused and resaleable online purchases may be returned within 14 days. Wigs, ponytails, hair extensions, cosmetics and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for a change of mind once packaging or a hygiene seal has been opened, removed or damaged. Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.
These exclusions do not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described. Approved refunds are processed within one working day after receipt and inspection; banks and payment providers may take longer. Report damaged, faulty or incorrect products within 24 hours with your order number and clear photographs. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; after dispatch, this returns policy applies.
