FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY on orders over £100 within England — Limited-time offer! Ends 21 November 2026. Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands are excluded from the free-delivery offer; checkout displays the applicable charge.
- Outside the offer, next-day delivery costs £5.99.
- Two-day delivery costs £4.99.
- Estimated delivery to selected European countries is 2–11 working days and to the USA is 3–17 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Eligible orders placed before 3:00pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 3:00pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the delivery provider.
- Erith Click & Collect orders are usually ready within 1 hour. Wait for a ready-for-collection confirmation before travelling to the store.
Unopened, unused and resaleable online purchases may be returned within 14 days. Wigs, ponytails, hair extensions, cosmetics and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for a change of mind once packaging or a hygiene seal has been opened, removed or damaged. Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.
These exclusions do not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described. Approved refunds are processed within one working day after receipt and inspection; banks and payment providers may take longer. Report damaged, faulty or incorrect products within 24 hours with your order number and clear photographs. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; after dispatch, this returns policy applies.
