Divide the loose hair into sections for your chosen braid, twist or crochet style. Fit to prepared hair without excessive tension at the roots. Shape gently with your fingers and follow the supplied care guidance, checking the pack before using heat or hot-water setting.

Unopened, unused and resaleable online purchases may be returned within 14 days. Wigs, ponytails, hair extensions, cosmetics and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned for a change of mind once packaging or a hygiene seal has been opened, removed or damaged. Customised or altered wigs and hair products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Approved refunds are processed within one working day after receipt and inspection; banks and payment providers may take longer.
