Eternal Beauty Rapid White Powder Bleach

Eternal Beauty Rapid White Powder Bleach specially formulated for highlighting, colouring and fashiong techniques. Directions: Mix powder bleach with good quality 20 vol (6%) hydrogen peroxide in a non metallic bowl and blend to the required consistency. (Use 20 vol(6%) hydrogen peroxide for normal hair and 30 vol (9%) or 40 vol (12%) for dark hair). Apply mixture with tin brush starting at crown. Start applying to ends and middle first then apply to root section. On regrowth apply the mixture to roots only.  Development time (processing time):  Average development time is 25 minutes. Darker hair development time could be 40 minutes.  Always check progress of bleaching during development. When desired degree of lift is achieved rinse off the mixture thoroughly with warm water and gently shampoo hair.
